INQUISITR | Less Pollution Equals More Hurricanes In Strange Climate Change Study

Simulations conducted by researchers at the UK Met Office show that tropical storms were a lot less frequent during periods when the amount of man-made pollution being put into the atmosphere was higher. In short, this suggests that the more pollution we put out there, the better guarded we are against devastating hurricanes like Superstorm Sandy…

“Increases in anthropogenic emissions (particularly of aerosols) through most of the last century is found to have reduced hurricane activity,” study co-author Ben Booth told the AFP. ”The cooling impact of man-emitted aerosols may have had a more important regional impact on climate than we previous appreciated...”

The study, published in the journal Nature Geoscience, is the first to show the link between aerosols and Atlantic tropical storms. The research team suggested that in the future, Earth-warming greenhouse gases will exert the most influence on tropical storm strength and frequency, as they are much longer-lasting that man-made aerosols…

So can someone who is smarter than me explain how out of the 11,994 papers, only 32.6 percent endorsed AGW, Yet for this report, they selected and report on only those 4000 studies (from the 32.6 percent) that supported AGW as having a 97 percent agreement?

when is 32.6 percent equal to 97 percent agreement?

I thought I DEMANDED we NOT go off half-cocked and wait until we DO actually understand climate better.
I've said for years, this whole notion of CO2 drives climate is overly simplistic and not supported by science, only by conjecture and spin.

It would be STUPID to disrupt the USA for what the scientists DON'T understand.

Stupid or intentionally damaging the USA.

No other options.

Molon labe. Who doubts global climate change? We have stated overe and over again that it exists. The cause of it is in dispute. You blame Christians. We indicate it is caused by the Sun cycles.
