Boat Names

So has anyone ever come across an interesting boat name and taken a picture of the boat?
I saw a boat in the Boston harbor with a name "Nuclear Potato" but never took a pic.

I am also in the stage of trying to think of a great boat name. If anyone has some good names, share them. If the name has a translation or meaning, please include the translation or meaning.

Some names I have thought of:

Otter Gopher Clams
Barnacle Roost
Oyster Casket
Controlled Chaos
Sailing Whore (To bad that one is taken by a boat from Westport, WA)
Ambergris (Still working on my boat building skills, I view my skills as creating floating whale puke or feces for now. Maybe in the future the name will be, "Ambergris to Perfume")
Marah (means bitter waters)
Pass The Hat
Reluctor (Latin for struggle, so says the internet, it must be true)

So share some names and some pics if you have some!

If you are a gynaecologist, you might like to name your boat "The Sea Word".

Ask yourself how the proposed name will sound when broadcasted, three times in a row, over the VHF radio.

FWIW I like Ambergris.

Wow, a whole new dimension of thought for me.......

I guess "Hip Hip Hurray" would be nice three times over VHF.

To bad that situation would be nothing to cheer about.

BTW Leo, I like your style of thinking. Good on "The Sea Word"

I call my kayak "Killer Sperm"

If I have to use the radio whilst paddling I'll just lie about the name.

If your not worried about what it sounds like over the radio, call it "Mayday."
or "Sin King"

I was also thinking of "Commode Door"

Maybe I'll have to use that one if I can get a fleet together for sailing activities

A guy here in Norway called his boat KONASAJA. When asked if this romantic sounding name was a remote island somewhere warm and sunny he admitted it to be "Kona sa ja" - Norwegian for "My wife said yes".

Was that a yes to him or was it a yes for the boat?

A rough translation could also turn into "She said so"
