boat dock

Hello

I am preparing to share ownership of a multiple slip boat dock, and am curious if you could suggest a source for the proper contractual language needed to legally safeguard both owners?

Appreciate the help if you can.

I think consulting a lawyer or equal status law binder is a better way to do it. Different country or province have minute slight differ view of law and how to enforce it.

Nobody, would want to give law advise and found out they missed out something that will get you liable in long term..... small in matter but big if it go wrong. That's my view get a professional.
