    ‘‘2004’’ and ‘‘2001’’ are the years of built, so these are asking prices of 10 and 13 year old boats. New prices might double this. Which would make the indicated asking price for the unfinished project represents about 10% of the price of the new and complete boat. But this percentage involves a whole lot of guessing about the floating and ready to use new price. Also I have not extensive studied, and have insufficient understanding here, what the offer exactly contents and how much time and money is involved to get it to completion. You have more insight and experience in this matters . . . :idea:
