I'M enjoying the spanking if one can call it that, i need it once in a while it gets to boring around here ,construction people are boring at best we do the same dog houses time after time after.........mostly brain dead people from costumers to architects to contractors and not only in california is a U.S. desease ,ahhhhhhh enough rambling..........Mr FROST this forum missed you specially on this tread, not that WALRUS hasn't donne a fine job but we need you to keep him in check...........

Absolutly true, as a SHE Consultant I can assure you that Construction People are most deffinately boring, that's why I sack em as often as possible to liven the buggers up - OK so they hate me but there again so a lot of others!

Very interesting Gamage, proves you flew to and from Gan to Male' and Columbo when you said you did - this is not disputed, proved you resigned (amicably by the looks of it "I take this opportunity to thank you......."etc). As a Production Manager you would be aware that the company was going through problems (probably why as well) and a simplistic sheet showing unpaid wages which anbody could produce on a computer.

Ok that's prove that the time line was right but I see no proof of anything else! You should be very careful in that your unsubstantiated claims whilst initially getting you some sympathy are now becoming somewhat tedious and unbelievable!

Again, talk to these people they do not appear to be unapproachable in the right manner, tho' it does appear they too have some rights in the matter! Further speculation on anybodies part is a waste of time - do something constructive or go whinge elsewhere!

The few that are interested a rapidly becoming unimpressed!

hey WALRUS come on you got cut GAMAGE some slack man......maybe he overreacted ,maybe he was slow ,maybe he told someone to stay away from EQUADHOO on the 10 contracts that's MAYBE ............ now a company that spends costumers money without even start the boat,fails to pay wages on time ,puts employees in probation this with owing them money ,tries to confiscate GAMAGE bag , spies on his e-mails that apparenttly where related to ventures somewhere else,this not to talk to what GAMAGE claims is cheating on a governement vessel are upset that they lost 10 contracts when no company would do business with them if they would know who they are and what has happened with the other ongoing projects ..........now i don't get it about those guys been that innocent why don't they explain where the money went ,that probably would show some marginal lifestyle specially with someones money ......it looks to me more like innocent crooks ,maybe it's just me ,maybe it's a natural thing to them and there you have it even looks good to some [better stop here ......]just some for you to think about

I am busy these days. I came home without 3 months salary; I have to bring my life back to normal. Thank you for your comments Korvello. I started this thread for the benefit of all members. Original documents I handed over to concerned authorities. So I am not expecting any sympathy from anybody.
