The flotation must be solid drums underneath the truck. There should be 20-30 of them, or equivalent. I hope it has a prop under there somewhere.

The US Coast Guard sank their...truck?...Boat?..whatever, and returned the refugees to Casto. I guess when you roll the dice, you take your chances. Speaking of dictatorships, I wonder how George W. is going to arrange to serve a third term as preident.....
