Man, you're right! Didn't notice it earlier, but then, I'm always surprised when I see their festive title.

I'm with you. So what search engine ?
Google's increasing paid "starters" & the fact that my topic lines seem to wash out quicker than they used to, have been bugging me lately, anyway. They also seem to have a large amount of "hijack" pages, where the content is nothing close to the title listing.
I also find no practical way to complain to them.
.
I'm comparing "dogpile" now, but google IS a giant.

NOTE: This sort of topic goes in the Open Discussion area most of the time.

I'm pretty sure Google did something over the long weekend, multi-colored flags or something?

EDIT:
I guess not........................oops.

Who's behind the oodles of doodles Google doodles for you?

Yes...Google sux. I've always used Yahoo because it's better anyway. I hope Microsoft takes over Yahoo and proceeds to bankrupt Google in a slow and painful manner.

It appears their "doodles" are pretty inconsistent. I like the one they made for Louis Braille's birthday - it's January 4: http://www.google.com/holidaylogos06.html

I'm not sure they have to turn people in (as in "I'm not sure"), but I know google blocks certain "anti-china" sites if you're doing a search from within China.
Btw, a good one is Teoma, now ask.com.

If you think Google sux, you should live here where they just broke ground on a new facility back in '07.

http://www.newsobserver.com/102/story/534390.html

All the incentives they got to come here (for a measly 210 jobs they provided)... and then all residents Tax's just increased 22%.

Pretty that Veterans Day google ain't it?

Now just a minute -Veterans Day, Armastice Day, Rememberance Day, call it what you will, ain't about pretty! It's about remembering all those young men and women who died, mostly in agony, well before their time, family and friends of quite a lot on here -gave the ultimately sacrifice - their lives! So that others may live in the way they want to! It's NOT ABOUT PARTY! PARTY! OK most 'old soldiers' (collectively) have a few drinks with others of that ilk after the parade! But that's part of the remembering - not pretty tin 'ats on pretty coloured words!!

How Insulting!!!!!!!!
