Consider shower "deadrise"

Stay dirty - the smell keeps the "nastys" away! The scrubbing can hurt when they come for you but otherwise your OK

You're right, Safewalrus... washing at sea... whatever next... bloody toilet tissue instead of pages from the 'Penthouse.' But it's yet another of those modern ideas from across the Atlantic

Prefered news paper myself, but this modern stuff the print comes off on yer bum, not that I'm reading it in that funny position!

The old Izal 'admirality' issue wasn't much better with a shiny side for Officers only! 3 pieces per man; one up, one down, and one to shine. Didn't have this problem in the days of sail with the old style head, good pitch on the vessel and God would clean it for you, he was our friend in those days! (clean a bit more if you wasn't quick as well)
