alloy irb

going to make alloy irb any one else made one or have any tips
i have 25 years of steel fab exp and have my own eng shop something similar
to a stabi craft

If by IRB you mean inshore rescue boat, or you mean what we call RIB - Rigid Inflatable Boats - I suggest that you look at the Aquapro range - www.aquapro.co.nz - or here in the UK try Ocean Dynamics - www.ribworker.com - both companies make excellent alloy RIBs which could not be beaten as a one off build.
