| Yeow, what a mess.... I've never seen one that bad. It reminds me of a string of incidents a few years ago at one of the marinas I frequent, in which some kids (inexplicably out at three in the morning) were caught throwing Molotov cocktails onto the piers. That particular marina/park seems to be a magnet for arson, having had its banquet pavilion torched twice.

| Interesting. It looks like most of the slips were empty. A towboat and an excavator with a supply of dumpsters and you could have it cleaned up in a couple of days. The Marina's insurance will probably cover that part. Their insurance company and the boat owners insurance companies can fight over the rest. |
