3 Captains, 1 crew

Nothing really to do with boats - but I have to tell somebody....
There are now 3 captains aboard our family boat - my wife, our 2 year old, Jack - and now, born last night @ 8lbs 13oz, his little brother Hugo.
And then there's me - the sole crewmember....

Congrats Will! You'll really have your hands full now. My 3 captains keep me hopping, especially being the only male in the bunch

Thanks guys - alas I sold my boat about 18 months ago - at 27ft it was a smidgen too small for what had just become 3 people and two dalmations. Somehow the money I was planning on spending on a bigger wound up paying for a bigger house with paddocks for the wife's horses!
Thankfully I get to use my parents Offshore 48.... , but it just aint the same as having your own....

Enough flat land to build a boat in those paddocks? What part of Tassie are you in, is it far from the water?

First of all, my congratulations and I wish the little mate a bright future!

You mention Offshore 48 - is this a boat build in the late '60's? I am looking for the Offshore yard, the yard that produces, or had produced yachts under that name. The Rhodes ketch I am planning to restore is build by a company called Offshore.
Can you give me any particulars?

Sorry Artois - no sailboats in my family... No, Kapala 4 is pictured below
Mike - Already has a nice big shed perfect for the project, so all is not lost...
(The one above is Kapala 3 - a 36' CheoyLee, their old boat, now owned by my sister)
