1989 28' endeavour catamaran designed by robb ladd

If anyone has information on the above catamaran designed by robb ladd and sold by endeavour in 1989, i would be very interested in hearing from you. I'm concidering purchasing one in rough condition, and would like to have a schematic, spec's, performance, etc. I am very interested in the draft of this boat in it's original state and also interested in the effects in the boats performance if i were to shorten the fixed kiels by 10 to 12". the boat is registered as an endeavour, but there is little or no info that I have been able to find.
