1980 Corect Craft Fish Natique Stringer Replacement

I have a 1980 Correct Craft Fish Natique and I suspect the stringers have rot and there may be water in the foam. Has anyone undertaken this project before?

I have done plenty of them. You have to cut and grind until everything is clean, Then laminate new stringes with the same size and materials as the original
